At 100VAPING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund and returns process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and unopened, in its original packaging
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • The item is not from a category explicitly marked as non-returnable

Due to the nature of vaping products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items, unless the product is defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence of the defect or damage

We will review your claim promptly. Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product, wrong item, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used disposable vape products
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (where stated)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process will apply upon delivery.

9. Age Verification and Legal Compliance

All purchases on 100VAPING are subject to age verification. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel orders where age verification cannot be confirmed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
